This Privacy Policy explains how Freelancer Client CRM Pro ("the App"), developed by Alamgir App Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App.
By using Freelancer Client CRM Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
When you use the App, you may enter the following information yourself:
This information is entered by you and relates to your own clients and business — we do not independently collect or verify it.
Freelancer Client CRM Pro automatically saves your clients, projects, invoices, and tasks to a secure Firebase database (provided by Google Firebase) in real time. This happens automatically in the background — no action is required from you for this to work.
Each device is identified by a unique, randomly generated Backup Code. This code is not tied to any personal account, email address, or Google Sign-In — it is simply a private identifier used to keep your data organized in our database.
If you get a new phone, you can enter your previous device's Backup Code within the app to restore all of your data instantly. We recommend saving your Backup Code somewhere safe (for example, by emailing it to yourself) so you can use it if needed.
We do not require a Google account, email address, or any sign-in to use this backup feature. Your data is stored solely to provide the app's core functionality and is not shared with, or sold to, any third party.

We do not sell, rent, or share your client data, project data, or invoice data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Freelancer Client CRM Pro does not display ads.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including storing Firebase under a private, non-guessable device identifier. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data remains stored on your device and in our database until you delete it yourself within the App (deleting a client, project, invoice, or task removes it from both local storage and the cloud) or until you uninstall the App. If you would like all of your cloud-stored data deleted entirely, you may contact us using the details below.
Freelancer Client CRM Pro is a business tool intended for freelancers and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since the data you enter (clients, projects, invoices) belongs to your own business, you are always in control of it — you can view, edit, or delete any of it directly within the App at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
